COVIM PARTICIPATES IN THE 39TH EDITION OF “TIRRENO CT 2019” AT CARRARAFIERE

On February 24 through 27 Covim will participate in the 39th edition of “Tirreno CT 2019”, a landmark for the hospitality industry in Central Italy offering a vast overview of innovation for tourism, commerce and hotels. “Tirreno CT 2019” is a showcase of innovation, solutions and trends for the world of catering, with an entire area focusing on coffee. This edition aims to repeat the success of 2018, when more than 62,000 visitors attended shows, tastings and forums, and visited the stands of more than 410 exhibitors representing almost 850 trademarks from all over Italy and abroad.
Covim’s participation in the event has become a well-established tradition, a tangible sign of the importance the Genoese coffee roaster attributes to this prominent trade fair. Covim’s strong ties with Carrarafiere have led the company to choose “Tirreno CT 2019” as the ideal place for presenting its products for the Ho.Re.Ca. market.
The company’s stand in Hall B (aisle 20, lots 520-519/542-543) will host tastings of prestigious espresso coffee blends and meetings with partners and customers. The show will also see the début of “Jasmine”, a new 100% Italian coffee machine by Spinel which optimises the performance of Covim Opera capsules, the format compatible with the Lavazza® Blue®* system intended for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
