COVIM ICED COFFEE CREAM
One of the best ways to continue enjoying Covim coffee in the August heat is to order a creamy iced coffee at the espresso bar.
But if you would like to try making your own at home, it’s really easy! You need only a few ingredients. The result is a cool, delicious dessert, great as a summer replacement for the traditional cup of coffee after a meal.
Ingredients for 4
150 ml Covim espresso coffee
150 ml whipping cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
Make a pot of your favourite Covim coffee blend. As soon as it is ready, measure 150 ml of coffee in a graduated jug. Let it cool down, and then refrigerate it. When it is very cold, add sugar and blend well.
Whip the cream, adding the coffee a little at a time.
Put the cold coffee cream in a container in the freezer for about two hours.
Whip it with a whisk or electric mixer and then serve it immediately in four glasses.
