“COVIM ESPRESSO LIFE” CONCEPT STORE OPENS AT SERRAVALLE RETAIL PARK
The coffee shop will occupy 110 square metres in the shopping centre’s new food court.
Serravalle Retail Park has begun the third phase in its development, and its 40,000 square metre retail space next door to McArthurGlen’s famous designer outlet is destined to become one of the densest in Italy in terms of the range of available retail outlets. The project centres around a new food court that will expand the range of catering facilities in the retail park, including the new “Covim Espresso Life” concept store, where precious woods express the concept of craftsmanship with a contemporary twist. Inside the store, customers can not only enjoy a cup of coffee but purchase Covim capsules compatible with the most popular espresso systems on the market. The expansion of the retail park will also include children’s areas, lounges and more than 600 additional parking spots. The food court contains an interactive digital “Smart Square” for retail park customers, with a 9 square metre screen that may be used for games, free wi-fi and recharging facilities for personal devices. The most distinctive, iconic features of the area include Europe’s tallest digital totem, with a screen for projecting videos, music and product promotions.
