COVIM CAPPUCCINO SHAKERATO
Summer is here, and cappuccino fans who want to continue enjoying the beverage’s outstanding combination of flavours on even the hottest days will enjoy this chilled version.
Preparation for 2
Pour a cup of cold Covim espresso coffee into a cocktail shaker.
Add 300 ml cold milk and add the amount of sugar you normally add to your cappuccino.
Add 3 ice cubes.
Put the lid on and shake very hard.
Slowly pour the “cocktail” into two tall glasses, so that the foam stays on top.
If you like, you may sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa before serving.
