The well-being of all its employees is a very important consideration for any successful company, and improvement of the workplace is definitely an effective way of obtaining concrete results in this area.
A number of studies have demonstrated how important the quality of the workplace can be for employees’ well-being. The location and floor plan of the offices and even the colour of the walls can make people happier and more productive, attract new talents and retain key resources.

For all these reasons, Covim has introduced a wide-ranging programme for architectural improvement of its spaces in Via Adamoli in Genoa, the effects of which may already be seen in a number of areas, and is planning similar renovations in the offices at the Tribogna plant.
